Our partnership with Liberty International Tourism Group began in 2022 as a pilot project at IMEX. What started as a small assignment soon evolved into a long term collaboration that now spans multiple countries, multiple offices and every major global event that Liberty participates in. Today, we serve as Liberty’s Global Marketing Agency, creating unified, high impact digital experiences that strengthen their worldwide presence.
IMEX 2025 became a defining moment in our journey because it clearly demonstrated the systems, speed and strategic depth we have built over the years.
Managing IMEX requires immediate content execution and seamless coordination across geographies. During IMEX 2025 we worked across India, Europe and the United States, handling content arriving from more than 20+ Liberty offices. We produced and published content within 20 to 30 minutes of receiving raw footage.
We managed challenges that included

Compressed content shared through messaging platforms

Real time adjustments in content sequencing
All of this was handled using our pre designed templates, rapid editing systems and a solid workflow structure that we have built over several IMEX editions.
We prepared branded templates, visual systems, caption structures and content calendars. These ensured rapid turnaround without compromising quality.
We enhanced audio, fixed color issues, restored low resolution media, reformatted visuals and integrated branding instantly.
We published on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok in real time, ensuring Liberty dominated every major digital touchpoint.
