This document outlines the strategic approach taken to revitalise the digital footprint of LITG, a global travel brand. It details the challenges faced, the solutions implemented, and the significant year-on-year growth achieved through a comprehensive website transformation and ongoing support.
LITG, a global travel company curating personalised experiences across 120+ destinations for B2B partners, faced a significant digital challenge. Their existing website failed to reflect their vast scale and vision. It was text-heavy, difficult to navigate, lacked individual focus on destinations, and was not built for future growth or content evolution.
Crucially, the website suffered from poor search engine visibility, leading to lost opportunities with global partners and clients.
Website content was dense and lacked user-friendly pathways.
Individual destinations were not highlighted effectively.
The platform couldn't easily accommodate new content or expansion.
LITG was not appearing in relevant search engine results.
Before any development, our team engaged directly with LITG's 120+ regional offices. This allowed us to understand the unique value and stories behind each destination and identify recurring communication patterns and gaps across teams.

The new LITG website was designed with future-readiness as a core principle. It is modular, allowing for easy addition of new destinations, experiences, or case studies. The scalable architecture supports brand expansion, while prioritising clarity, speed, and discoverability for visitors.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) helps a website appear on platforms like Google for relevant searches (e.g., "Luxury trips to Namibia"). For LITG, this involved ensuring each destination page answered customer questions, improving site structure for search engines, and using meaningful headlines, FAQs, and interlinking.

Our content and coordination team established a workflow to collect destination inputs from all 120+ offices. This information was then converted into clear, consistent content, and media (photos, videos, maps) was uploaded and managed for each destination, ensuring a rich and accurate representation.

We continue to support LITG through a robust Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). This proactive model allows LITG to focus on their core business while we manage the technical and content aspects of their digital presence.
